We ship our products to customers within the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and to other GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) countries, including Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, and Qatar. For international shipping outside the GCC, please contact our customer service for a custom quote.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
 
  • Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 2:00 PM (GST) will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Standard Shipping:

b. GCC Shipping (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar)

Standard Shipping:

Cost: Calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times may vary due to customs procedures, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

a. Domestic Orders (Within UAE)

 

For orders shipped within the UAE, all applicable taxes (e.g., VAT) are included in the product price or calculated at checkout.
 

b. GCC Orders

 

For orders shipped to GCC countries, please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties, customs taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are typically due once the package arrives in the destination country.
 
You, the customer, are responsible for paying any additional charges for customs clearance. GAMO has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

6. Packaging of Automotive Parts

We take utmost care in packaging automotive parts to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. Heavy or fragile items will be specially packed to prevent damage during transit. We use appropriate materials to protect against impact and environmental factors.

7. Damages and Lost Packages

a. Damages

 

If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately at [support@gamo.site] with your order number and photos of the item’s condition. We will assess the situation and work towards a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
 

b. Lost Packages

 

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us. We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier. Please note that investigations can take several business days. We will keep you informed of the progress and provide a resolution once the investigation is complete.

8. Incorrect Shipping Address

It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the re-shipping costs.
