This Returns & Refunds Policy outlines the conditions and procedures for returning products and receiving refunds, in compliance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and best practices for e-commerce.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Used or Installed Parts: Any part that has been installed, used, or shows signs of wear and tear.
Custom-Made or Special Order Items: Products that have been specifically ordered or customized for your vehicle.
Fluids and Chemicals: Oils, lubricants, coolants, and other automotive fluids once their seals have been broken.
Items without Original Packaging: Products returned without their original, undamaged packaging.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
 

1- Contact Customer Service: Email us at [support@gamo.site] within the eligible return period, providing your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. For damaged or incorrect items, please include clear photos.

2- Receive Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to send back the item(s).

3- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
 
4- Ship the Item: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
